Absolutely! We welcome families with children of all ages.

Due to each service involving custom planning, ingredient sourcing, and setup, we are not able to accommodate same day bookings at this time.  We prefer 1-2 weeks notice in order to give the best quality products to you.

Yes — a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and covers grocery sourcing. It goes toward your final payment.

If you need to cancel:

• More than 5 days in advance: You may reschedule one time at no charge (based on availability).
• Less than 5 days in advance: Your deposit will be retained and may not be transferable.

Yes! One reschedule is allowed with at least 5 days’ notice.  Late changes or multiple reschedules may require an additional fee..

Pricing may vary based on:

• Complexity of the order 
• Packaging requests
• Pick-up or delivery options
• Travel time, special ingredients, or late evening hours

You’ll receive a custom quote during planning so there are no surprises.

The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
You’ll receive a final invoice within 24 hours of your order placement.
